Prasoft IT Services Private Limited, an IT consulting company with 8+ years in providing IT Infra solutions - end to end consulting dealing with Hardware , Software , Security ,Storage , Cloud Infra solutions.

We are hiring Software Sales Executive - Inside ( Female ) , Business Development ( Field ) and Product Sales Specialist ( Defined Product to drive the business with team ) across all major cities in India - Hyderabad, Bengalore, Chennai , Pune and Delhi-NCR , Gurgoan Locations.

Key responsibilities

- Identify and develop current business opportunities through calls, emails, meetings, and networking.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Generate leads, prepare quotations, negotiate commercials, and close sales.
- Manage the complete sales cyclefrom prospecting to order closure and payment follow-up.
- Build strong relationships with customers, OEMs, distributors, and internal teams.
- Maintain sales pipelines, customer records, and forecasts in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Support renewals, upselling, cross-selling,



and customer retention.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, licensing, and finance teams.
- Stay updated on software licensing, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and market trends.

Candidate requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in IT software or B2B sales.
- Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic understanding of software licensing, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple opportunities.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in technology may also apply.
