We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft 365, Intune & SharePoint Subject Matter Expert (SME) with 1012 years of experience in managing enterprise collaboration platforms, contemporary workplace solutions, endpoint management, and Microsoft cloud technologies.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, administration, governance, security, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and related security and compliance technologies. The individual will play a critical role in driving workplace modernization, endpoint security, mobility management, collaboration strategy, and digital workplace transformation initiatives.

The role requires strong expertise in Microsoft 365 architecture, Endpoint Management, SharePoint administration, device lifecycle management, security compliance, automation, governance, and user experience enhancement..

Microsoft office 365 Administration

- Manage and administer Microsoft 365 tenant services including:
- Exchange Online
- Microsoft Teams
- SharePoint Online
- OneDrive for Business
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Microsoft Defender Suite
- Microsoft Purview
- Manage licensing, provisioning, user lifecycle management, and service governance.
- Monitor Microsoft 365 service health, performance, and availability.
- Plan and execute tenant migration and modernization initiatives.
- Application Security

Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Management
- Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management solutions.
- Administer Windows, macOS, Android,



and iOS device management.
- Implement and manage:
- Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Mobile Application Management (MAM)
- Endpoint Security Policies
- Compliance Policies
- Device Configuration Policies
- Application Deployment
- Windows Autopilot
- Manage endpoint security configurations and compliance reporting.
- Implement Conditional Access and Zero Trust security controls.
- Manage software packaging, deployment, updates, and patch compliance.
- Support endpoint monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Microsoft Teams & Collaboration Services
- Administer Microsoft Teams environment including governance, policies, telephony integration, and collaboration services.
- Manage Teams lifecycle, channels, permissions, meeting policies, and external collaboration.
- Support integration with SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, and third-party services.

Identity & Access Management
- Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Manage:
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Conditional Access
- Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
- Group-Based Licensing
- Support Hybrid Identity solutions and Entra Connect.

Security & Compliance
- Implement Microsoft security solutions including:
- Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
- Defender for Office 365
- Defender for Cloud Apps
- Defender for Identity
- Manage Microsoft Purview compliance framework.
- Implement:
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- Retention Policies
- Information Protection
- eDiscovery
