Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Delivery & Account Management professional to manage end-to-end recruitment delivery and maintain strong client relationships. The role involves understanding client hiring requirements, ensuring timely closures, coordinating with recruitment teams, and driving client satisfaction through effective account management.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Delivery:

Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned client accounts.

Understand job requirements and translate them into effective hiring strategies.

Coordinate with recruiters and sourcing teams to ensure timely candidate submissions.

Monitor hiring pipelines and ensure achievement of delivery targets and SLAs.

Conduct regular reviews of open positions and provide updates to clients.

Ensure quality candidate submissions aligned with client expectations.

Track recruitment metrics, including submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.

Account Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.





Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and escalations.

Conduct regular client meetings to understand hiring priorities and challenges.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement.

Identify opportunities for account growth and additional hiring mandates.

Prepare and share recruitment reports, dashboards, and status updates with clients.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

Team Coordination

Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality closures.

Provide guidance and support to recruiters on client expectations and requirements.

Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.

Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.

Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and hiring requirements simultaneously.

Valuable analytical and reporting skills.

Proficiency in ATS, recruitment tools, and MS Office.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Relevant experience in recruitment delivery and account management, preferably in a staffing or consulting environment.
