- Should have a sound knowledge of Life Insurance Industry.
- Minimum 1 year to 5 years of Experience as a Life Insurance Trainer
- Candidate with 5 years of experience in Life Insurance sector are also eligible
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills
- Ability to conduct product, sales, and induction training sessions
- To Travel different Branches and to conduct meeting with the Branch Manager
- Educates staff and agents on policies, sales skills, and industry rules.
