for IT Support Engineer:

- 3+ years of IT Support experience on Laptops, Desktops, VM (Virtual Machine), Networking and Audio-Visual equipment.

- Experience in Windows Management /Azure /Intune /Office 365/ MDM /AD Server Configuration/Back up Methodology.

- Experience in configuration/managing/monitoring enterprise networks preferably Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco switches, VPNs, VLANs, routing, IPS, access points and other network equipment with a focus on high availability and security
- knowledge of TCP/UDP protocols, IP subnetting, SNMP, STP, VTP, QOS and VLANs.

- Experience working on AV/End point Security.

- Knowledge on Patch Management, Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT)

- Experience on Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Linux Platform, and All General applications like MS Office, Adobe, and VPN in installing and supporting.

- Thorough Knowledge on Data Security and standards.

- Installing and supporting application/printers/Scanner/Accesspoints/CCTV.

- Scripting knowledge (PowerShell) - added advantage

- Knowledge on ISO standards-added Advantage

- Knowledge on best Practices followed in Cyber security, Email Security.

- Knowledge on Change Management, Creating Hardening Documents as per Network, System and Data security.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Technician is required to support End Users with laptop/Desktop hardware, general application support, printers, and Audio and video equipment.

- The involvement varies from large in-person events to in-office meetings involving video conferencing,



and project coordination
- The support will be provided through Email, Telephone, Teams, through remote Connection and conduct thorough assessment and resolution of problems.

- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems according to company policy.

- Consulting with end-users to determine needs and provide user assistance

- Manage onboarding and offboarding activities for all associates joining and leaving the organization.

- Involving in the Compliance Audits.

- Conducting Regular Network Audits, End User System Audits to Determine the Usage as per company Policy.

- Understanding company policies as per compliance requirement on Network, Anti-Virus Software, O365 products and Windows.

- Using the Internal IT ticketing tool to address issues raised by user and Sticking to SLAs defined for Incident Management as per company Policy.

- Liaise with vendors in resolving issues on equipment.

- AV support of meetings, troubleshooting conferences, audio issues, and team problems, Upkeep of all AV equipment

- Assist with table, microphone, and audio and video conferencing setup for high-profile, in-office meetings.

- Provide thought leadership and guidance around best practices technical specifications, teleconferencing, AV presentations, PowerPoint, Video, Audio Mixing, AV Technology

- Work closely and interface across teams as required to support various events including IT, Facilities, and Executives.
