We are seeking an experienced and highly accomplished Senior Structural Engineer with over 20 years of expertise in structural design, engineering, and project execution for large-scale real estate developments.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
- Master's degree in Structural Engineering (Preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the structural design and engineering of high-rise residential, commercial, mixed-use, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
- Review and approve structural calculations, drawings, design reports, and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with national and international design codes, statutory regulations, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, geotechnical engineers, project managers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate structural systems and recommend cost-effective, secure, and sustainable engineering solutions.
- Conduct design reviews, peer reviews, and technical audits to ensure engineering excellence.
