We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to join our Penetration Testing Team. In this role, you will lead and coordinate technology-focused projects, with a primary emphasis on penetration testing engagements. As the bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning

- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
- Set explicit expectations for project milestones and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Project Execution

- Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring timely progress and adherence to project plans.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly.
- Remove obstacles to project success and adapt project plans as needed to achieve goals.

Stakeholder Management





- Track communication threads while helping to support primary point of contacts for project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and executive leadership.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, timelines, and any risks or issues.
- Ensure that project objectives are aligned with business goals, managing stakeholder expectations effectively.

Risk Management

- Identify potential risks to project success and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, taking corrective actions as necessary to minimize impact.
- Document and track risks using relevant project management tools (e.g., Archer).

Technical Expertise

- Understand technical project requirements, constraints, and deliverables, facilitating clear communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Translate technical concepts into business terms and vice versa, ensuring alignment and understanding.
- Utilize tools like Jira, Archer, and Catapult to support technical project tracking and documentation.

Process Improvement

- Continuously assess and enhance project management processes and methodologies.
- Identify areas for improvement to increase team efficiency and project outcomes.




- Implement best practices and share lessons learned to benefit future projects.

Documentation and Reporting

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, updates, and meeting notes.
- Produce regular status reports for stakeholders and executive leadership, highlighting key achievements, risks, and project milestones.
- Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible using tools like Jira, Archer, and Catapult.

Required Qualifications:

- Experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role, with a track record of managing technical projects successfully.
- Robust understanding of project management.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and align with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, specifically Jira, Archer, and Catapult.
- Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, project management, or a related field
- 1-3 years of project management experience, ideally in technical or IT-related projects.
- PMP (Project Management Professional), CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), or Agile certifications such as CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) or PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) are a plus.
- Security related certifications such as Security +, GCIH, GPEN, CISSP are a plus.
- Past experience managing, cyber security, application development or penetration testing projects is a plus
