Roles and Responsibilities
- Follow the sales process for Power Transmission business in India sub-region.
- Implementing sales strategies and executing plans to drive order input & profitable growth.
- To focus on meeting customers'' priorities/quality goals in terms of time/schedule, price as well as competitive content and formats, both from a commercial and a technical application perspective.
- Support the go-to-market and deal selectivity decision.
- Ensuring a proper recording of bid status (win/loss).
- Ensure compliance to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics/ Production)
- 0-3 years of experience. Freshers can also apply.

- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute campaigns.
