Business Growth Associate (Inside Sales) – Mumbai (Work from Office)
We are hiring a Business Growth Associate for Aakit Technologies to drive B2B lead generation and business development for our SAP Consulting and Enterprise Solutions business.
Experience: 1–3 years
Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, outbound prospecting, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Identify and engage decision-makers, including CXOs, IT Heads, Finance Heads, and Business Heads.
- Qualify prospects, schedule meetings, and support the sales team with a healthy pipeline.
- Maintain accurate lead and activity records using HubSpot CRM.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.

Preferred Experience

The ideal candidate is target-driven, confident in high-volume outbound calling, comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment, and willing to work full time from our Mumbai office.
