Job description

- Provide nursing care to patients in their homes as per the prescribed care plan.
- Monitor vital signs and assess the patient's overall health condition.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and wound care as prescribed.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, feeding, and mobility, when required.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document all nursing interventions.
- Educate patients and family members on disease management, medication, and home care.
- Identify changes in the patient's condition and promptly report them to the treating physician.
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain patient safety at all times.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while ensuring comfort and dignity.
- Coordinate with doctors, caregivers, and the healthcare team for continuity of care.

Key Requirements:

- GNM/B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
- Valid nursing registration.
- Good communication and clinical skills.
- Willingness to travel and work adaptable shifts.
- Experience in homecare, ICU, or hospital settings is preferred
