What are we looking for?

- A finance professional with exposure to Commercial Finance and understanding of business decision drivers
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to deepdive into numbers and assumptions
- A researchoriented mindset capable of structuring unstructured problems and deriving insights
- Ability to critically evaluate business proposals, financial models, budgets, and contractual clauses
- Strong communication and presentation skills for leadershiplevel discussions
- Ability to manage multiple analyses and initiatives in parallel with high ownership
- Interest in process improvement, technologyenabled finance, and continuous learning

+ You would be responsible for

- Critically assessing the business rationale, financial calculations, assumptions, clauses, and budgets for OAFs
- Highlighting risks, sensitivities, and value drivers to support informed approvals




- Coordinating with stakeholders for justifying expenditures (capex and opex), have knowledge of financial control and audit process.
- Executing multiple business analysis projects using commercial finance and analytical bend of delivery.
- Providing datadriven insights to support strategic and operational decisions
- Preparing and refine presentations for Finance Strategy sessions, Annual Strategy Workshops, and other forums
- Converting complex financial analysis into transparent executiveready narratives
- Supporting Process & Transformation Projects
- Support in market study in power Industry.
- Bring in domain knowledge in Business and financial accounting
- Support in regular reviews conducted by CFO and track progress of ATRs.
