Role Description This full-time on-site role, based in Vadodara, is for an Executive Engineer – Mechanical with experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The position involves overseeing mechanical systems and equipment used in manufacturing, ensuring reliability, safety, and adherence to quality standards.

Daily responsibilities include designing and reviewing mechanical components, supporting installation and maintenance activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams on process improvements, and coordinating with vendors and contractors when required.

The Executive

Engineer will contribute to R&D; initiatives, assist in optimizing production lines, prepare technical documentation, and support project planning and execution.



The role also requires monitoring compliance with regulatory and company standards and proactively addressing equipment performance issues.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Mechanical Engineering, with experience in pharma manufacturing environments.
- Candidates should possess skills in Machine Design and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for developing and modifying mechanical components and systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management to plan, coordinate, and deliver engineering projects on schedule and within scope.
- Candidates should possess skills in Research and Development (R&D;) to support process improvements, equipment optimization, and innovation in manufacturing.
- B.Tech or ME in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or related process industries.
- Knowledge of GMP, safety standards, and regulatory requirements in pharma manufacturing.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Effective communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara and collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
