We are expanding our U.S. Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) operations and are looking for experienced U.S. debt collection professionals to join our growing team.

Position

U.S. Debt Collector (Voice Process)

Eligibility

- Mandatory: Minimum 1 year of experience in U.S. debt collection/Accounts Receivable Management .
- Solid verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of FDCPA and U.S. debt collection practices is preferred.
- Comfortable handling outbound collection calls and achieving recovery targets.

Work Location Work From Office (WFO) Only

Shift

- Monday to Friday
- 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM (IST)
- Fixed U.S. shift
