We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound customer calls related to Multiple Products and providing accurate, empathetic, and timely support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Assist customers with queries related to Apollo product, and basic support.
- Provide accurate information while following service guidelines.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

- 0-3 Years of experience in voice customer support required.
- Willingness to work in 247 rotational shifts.
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
