LOCATION: UTTARAKHAND [ROORKEE, HARIDWAR, RISHIKESH, DEHRADUN, MUSSOORIE]

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

A field sales employee for the utensils market travels to local shops and markets to promote kitchenware, find new store clients, and take product orders. Key duties include visiting local retailers, showing utensil samples, and meeting monthly sales goals.

Key Responsibilities  Store Visits: Travel to local retail shops, wholesalers, and department stores in an assigned area to pitch TRI-PLY, copper, ALUMINIUM PRESSURE COOKERS or

HARD ANODISED utensils.

 Order Processing: Take stock orders, write bills or log orders into mobile apps, and coordinate timely product delivery.

 Client Relationships: Build trust with shop owners, handle returns or complaints,

and ensure regular product restocking.

 Market Tracking: Check competitor prices, see which utensil designs sell best, and report trends to the manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications  Communication: Explicit speaking skills to explain product quality,



durability, and pricing to shop owners.

 Travel: Ability to travel daily within local markets, requiring a two-wheeler and a valid driving license. [VECHILE SHOULD BE ELECTRIC OR CNG]

 Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in field sales, general trade, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).

 Target Driven: Strong will to meet daily and monthly sales quotas. [5000 PCS PER

MONTH PER PERSON.]
