Omega Healthcare Hiring Team Lead (AR Credit Balance) | Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day AR Credit Balance operations.
- Ensure accurate identification, validation, and resolution of credit balances within TAT.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the AR team.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and SLA adherence.
- Analyze credit balance trends and drive process improvements.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with client guidelines, HIPAA, and process standards.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 6 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM with strong AR Credit Balance experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Lead.
- Robust knowledge of Credit Balance, Refunds, Adjustments, EOB/ERA, and payer guidelines.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and team management skills.
- Experience in handling escalations and process improvements is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications: - Good analytical and reporting skills.

- Strong quality and audit knowledge.

- Location: Hyderabad
