Role Description The Hindi Teacher will deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned Hindi lessons to middle school learners in an in office setting in Siliguri. This part-time role involves planning and organizing lesson content, preparing teaching materials, and assessing student progress through assignments, quizzes, and feedback. The teacher will support diverse learning needs, maintain a positive classroom atmosphere, and encourage students to develop strong reading, writing, and speaking skills in Hindi.

The role includes collaborating with other educators when needed, communicating with learners and guardians about progress,



and upholding the coaching center’s standards of professionalism and care.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Teaching skills, including experience with Middle School learners and the ability to manage a classroom effectively.

Candidates should possess solid Curriculum understanding, with the ability to plan, structure, and adapt Hindi lesson content to different learning levels.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage students, collaborate with colleagues, and interact with guardians constructively.

Proficiency in Hindi reading, writing, and speaking, with clear and accurate language usage.

Prior experience as a Hindi Teacher or tutor in a school or coaching center setting is preferred.

Relevant educational background, such as a degree or certification in Hindi, Education, or a related field, is an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Siliguri, maintain punctuality, and uphold a respectful, inclusive classroom environment.
