- Prepare HVAC shop drawings, layout drawings, and coordination drawings using AutoCAD as per project requirements.
- Design and draft:
- Air Conditioning Layouts - VRF and Split
- Ducting Layouts
- Chilled Water Piping Layouts
- Refrigerant Piping Layouts
- Ventilation Layouts
- Equipment Placement Drawings
- Perform HVAC equipment selection and model selection based on project requirements, cooling load calculations, and client specifications.
- Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for HVAC systems including:
- Ducting
- Piping
- Insulation
- Diffusers & Grilles
- Dampers
- Supports & Accessories
- HVAC Equipment
- Generate BOQs without pricing for estimation, procurement, and tender submissions.
- Study architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure proper HVAC system coordination.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Projects, and Site Teams for drawing revisions and project execution requirements.
- Prepare schematic diagrams, single-line diagrams, and installation details as required.
- Revise and update drawings based on consultant comments, site conditions, and client requirements.
- Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, BOQs, and project documentation.
- Assist in preparing technical submissions, material submittals, and project documentation.
- Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements when required.
- Support project teams during execution by providing revised drawings and technical clarifications.
- Ensure all drawings comply with applicable standards, specifications, and company drafting practices.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain technical data and dimensional information for selected HVAC equipment.
