Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Heating and Air Conditioning Engineer role based in Noida. The engineer will design, analyze, and optimize HVAC systems for high-performance buildings, aligning solutions with project sustainability, comfort, and budget objectives. Daily responsibilities include developing HVAC layouts and specifications, performing load calculations, selecting equipment, and coordinating closely with architectural, structural, electrical, and public health design teams.





The role involves reviewing and updating CAD drawings, supporting installation and commissioning, troubleshooting performance issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The engineer will also collaborate on energy-efficient and innovative HVAC strategies, support documentation for clients and authorities, and participate in site visits and technical reviews.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in HVAC Engineering and HVAC Design, with the ability to develop efficient and reliable heating and cooling solutions.

Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, including configuration, performance assessment, and system optimization.

Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for preparing, reviewing, and updating HVAC drawings and technical documentation.

Practical skills in HVAC Maintenance & Repair, with the capability to diagnose issues and support commissioning and troubleshooting activities.

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline; advanced certifications in HVAC design or building services are an advantage.

Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and best practices related to HVAC and energy-efficient building design.

Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience with sustainable or high-performance building projects, simulation tools, or green building rating systems (such as LEED, GRIHA, or similar) is highly beneficial.
