Role Description The Healthcare Specialist will work on-site in Maharashtra, India in a full-time capacity, supporting healthcare-related initiatives within Orient’s client environments. This role involves assessing healthcare needs, coordinating with medical and IT teams, and contributing to the design and implementation of healthcare workflows that leverage Orient’s technology solutions.

The Healthcare

Specialist will provide emergency medical support where required, ensure adherence to healthcare protocols, and participate in health and safety programs. Daily responsibilities include documenting patient or user information, communicating clearly with stakeholders, delivering training sessions on healthcare procedures or tools, and maintaining accurate records in line with regulatory and organizational standards. The role also requires proactive collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve healthcare service delivery and to align medical practices with IT infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

- Healthcare and Medicine: Candidate should possess foundational knowledge in healthcare and medicine,



with the ability to apply clinical understanding in diverse environments.
- EMT and Emergency Care: Candidate should possess skills in EMT or equivalent emergency medical response, including basic life support and crisis management.
- Communication and Training: Candidate should possess strong communication and training skills to educate staff, conduct awareness sessions, and document healthcare procedures clearly.
- Additional Healthcare Competencies: Candidate should possess familiarity with healthcare protocols, patient safety standards, and health documentation practices.
- Education and Experience: Relevant healthcare qualification (e.g., EMT certification, nursing diploma, or degree in a health-related field) and experience in clinical, corporate health, or occupational health settings.
- Professional Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort using digital tools and IT systems in healthcare workflows.
