Location: Work From Office (WFO)

Shift Timing:

- 4:00 PM to 1:30 AM
- 6:00 PM to 3:30 AM

We are looking for Healthcare Operations Associates to support health payer operations, including member enrollment, premium billing, payment application, provider demographic data updates, and core medical claim processing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle health payer member enrollment and maintenance activities.
- Process premium billing and payment-related transactions accurately.
- Update and maintain provider demographic information.
- Support medical claim processing and related healthcare operations.
- Respond to member and provider queries through appropriate channels.




- Track, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries within defined timelines.
- Maintain accuracy, quality, and compliance with healthcare processes.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare operations preferred.
- Ability to work in rotational/flexible evening shifts.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
