About HiWox HiWox is building a next-generation HealthTech platform focused on preventive healthcare, AI-powered health intelligence, and holistic wellness through the 9 Dimensions of Wellness .

Our vision is to create an integrated ecosystem that combines healthcare professionals, diagnostics, wearable technology, behavioral science, AI, and personalized wellness programs to help individuals and organizations achieve measurable health outcomes.

As a Healthcare & Wellness Consultant , you will play a key role in designing, delivering, and continuously improving personalized wellness transformation programs for individuals, corporates, and institutions.

Key Responsibilities Wellness Consulting

- Conduct comprehensive wellness assessments based on HiWox's 9 Dimensions of Wellness framework.
- Develop personalized wellness plans by collaborating with doctors, nutritionists, psychologists, fitness experts, and other specialists.
- Monitor client progress, review outcomes, and modify wellness plans based on data and feedback.

Client Engagement & Program Delivery
- Guide clients throughout their wellness transformation journey through regular consultations and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the HiWox team to ensure seamless execution of wellness programs.
- Improve client engagement, accountability, and long-term adherence to wellness plans.

Content & Community Building
- Create educational content on preventive healthcare, wellness, nutrition, fitness, mental health, and lifestyle improvement.
- Participate in webinars, workshops, corporate wellness sessions, podcasts, and awareness campaigns.
- Represent HiWox in community engagement and strategic wellness initiatives.

Product & Research Support
- Provide practical insights to improve HiWox's Digital Health Index (DHI), wellness programs, and user experience.




- Support research initiatives by identifying wellness trends, reviewing scientific evidence, and contributing to recent program development.
- Collaborate with product, AI, and healthcare teams to enhance digital health solutions.

Partnership & Business Development
- Build relationships with hospitals, clinics, corporates, educational institutions, fitness centers, and healthcare professionals.
- Support the expansion of HiWox's healthcare and wellness ecosystem through strategic collaborations.

Who Should Apply?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medicine, Physiotherapy, Nutrition, Psychology, Public Health, Nursing, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, Wellness, or a related healthcare field.
- 2–8+ years of experience in healthcare, wellness consulting, preventive healthcare, lifestyle medicine, or corporate wellness.
- Strong communication, consulting, and client relationship skills.
- Passion for preventive healthcare, technology, and wellness transformation.

- Support pilot wellness programs and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
- Contribute practical insights to improve HiWox's digital products and wellness services.

Equity-Based Opportunity This is an equity-only founding team role .

There is no fixed salary during the initial bootstrapping phase . Compensation will be introduced after fundraising and revenue stabilization.

Our Onboarding Process Includes

- 3–4 strategic discussions with the founder.
- A 1-month NDA-based collaboration phase to evaluate expertise, execution capability, ownership, and long-term alignment.
- Long-term founding team agreement.
- Equity allocation based on contribution, expertise, and commitment.
- A 5-year vesting structure for all core founding members.

- Bonus if you have experience in Lifestyle Medicine, Functional Medicine, Corporate Wellness, Health Coaching, Digital Health, or HealthTech.
