Maxima Automation Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HSE Officer to support safe, compliant and efficient project-site execution.

The ideal candidate should possess a recognized degree or diploma along with an industrial safety qualification and have a minimum of 5 years of practical experience in a construction work setting.

The role involves

- Site safety inspections and reporting
- HIRA and Aspect/Impact Study coordination
- HSE permit-system implementation
- Incident investigation and corrective-action follow-up
- PPE, tools and equipment compliance
- Safety induction, toolbox meetings and fire drills
- Emergency preparedness and first-aid coordination
- HSE performance, audit and non-compliance reporting
