About the Opportunity

BSG Hospitality is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and forward-thinking Head of Talent and Culture on behalf of our client—a rapidly growing hospitality brand headquartered in the tech hub of HITEC City, Hyderabad. Currently operating 5 hotels and set to double its portfolio to 10 properties over the next 24 to 36 months, the organization is looking for a strategic HR leader to shape its organizational culture, streamline talent acquisition, and build a high-performance workplace environment.

This is a senior corporate leadership position requiring an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities

Culture & Values Alignment: Define, articulate, and drive organizational core values across all operating and upcoming properties, building a progressive, inclusive, and modern work culture.

Strategic Talent Acquisition: Lead talent acquisition strategies to support rapid growth and multi-property scaling, ensuring robust talent pipelines for both corporate and property-level operations.

Organizational Development & Leadership:



Design employee engagement, talent retention, leadership development, and succession planning frameworks.

HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee group-wide HR policies, compliance, performance management systems (PMS), compensation & advantages, and employee relations.

Change Management: Lead transformation initiatives to bridge modern workplace methodologies with traditional hospitality delivery.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources / Talent Development within the hospitality sector.

Dual Brand Exposure: Proven track record with both international hotel chains and reputable Indian hospitality brands.

Modern Workstyle: Thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced, and dynamic environment; adept at balancing strategic HR planning with hands-on execution.

Leadership Style: High emotional intelligence (EQ), approachable, and capable of leading by example to foster trust and accountability.

Location: Based in or willing to relocate immediately to Hyderabad to work out of the corporate office in HITEC City.
