Position: Head – Quality Assurance Location: Cochin, Kerala, India Experience: 18 years of experience in leading Quality Assurance roles in EMS / Electro-Mechanical manufacturing environments ,Preferred background in Connector / Cable Assembly industry Qualification : B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering Job Summary The Head – Quality Assurance will be responsible for ensuring product quality across all stages of manufacturing by establishing robust quality assurance systems, inspection processes, and compliance mechanisms aligned with customer and industry standards.This role will lead cross-functional quality initiatives, drive Cost of Quality (CoQ) improvements, and ensure effective deployment of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
