Head - Projects ? Location: Bengaluru with travel and stay at customer project sites across India KAS Group are growing rapidly in the Semiconductor, Photovoltaic (PV) Solar, and High-Purity Process Systems sectors. We are looking for an experienced General Manager - Projects to lead the successful execution of multiple EPC and turnkey projects across India.

This role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, supporting some of the fastest-growing industries in India. Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of multiple projects from planning to commissioning and handover.

Drive project schedules, resource planning, procurement coordination, budgeting, and profitability.

Guide and mentor Project Managers and site teams across customer locations.

Build strong customer relationships and serve as the key escalation point for project-related matters.

Vendor management

Resource management for future requirements including training & skill upgradation.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per safety and quality standards.

Monitor project performance, billing, collections, risks, and resource utilization.





Guide engineering Design team for making BOQ with detailed specifications

Coordinate Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and Site Operations teams.

Present project status, key risks, and business updates to management. Requirements

✔ B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Instrument or Chemical Engineering

✔ 15+ years of experience in EPC, industrial, utility, process, or turnkey project execution out of which at least 5 years should be in leadership role.

✔Experience in project execution for other customers in pharma, chemical, process, Oil & Gas industries

✔ Proven leadership experience managing multiple projects and teams

✔ Strong commercial, customer management, and stakeholder management skills

✔ Willingness to travel extensively and stay at project sites as required Why Join Us?
