Role & responsibilities

1. Over all responsible for all activities of Production department.
2. To ensure proper utilization of Man, Machine, Material & Method.
3. Regular monitoring of target efficiency, utilization, %age rejection of production department.
4. Regular monitoring & proper usage of regrinding material.
5. Regular involvement in VA-VE activities in the plant.
6. To co-ordinate & facilitate for all projects running in the department.
7. To ensure valuable quality production of the parts in the department.
8. Regular involvement in plant improvement activities / Kaizens / 5S / Projects etc.
9. Regular monitoring of customer related issues / countermeasures and action plans.
10. Preparation & Implementation of VSA, MACE activities,ISO/IATF,EMS,OHSAS documentation.




11. To co-ordinate with stores /machine maint./mould maint department for availability of material ,consumables etc. and for trouble shooting /improving the up time of mould/machine.
12. To co-ordinate with PPC department for smooth production.
13. To co-ordinate with dispatch department for smooth supplies to the customer and to avoid defaults in term of quantity / time.
14. Any other tasks assigned by the Management.

Preferred candidate profile Experience in Plastic Injection Moulding in. Automotive Sector is Must.
