We require following personnel on Permanent Basis.

Position :Planning Head

Location : Mumbai ( Chembur) look after the project of kevadiya & Jamnagar

Key Skills:

- Project Planning & Controls
- Primavera P6 & MS Project
- Budgeting & Cost Control
- Project Scheduling & MIS Reporting
- Tendering, Contracts & Procurement
- Stakeholder & Design Coordination
- Risk, Claims & Resource Management

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead planning and project controls for Greenfield & Brownfield projects.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, feasibility studies, cash flows, and ABP/AOP.
- Monitor project progress using Primavera P6, MS Project, MIS, dashboards,



and reports.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and hospitality operators for timely execution.
- Manage design approvals, procurement, contracts, and project handover.
- Drive risk management, delay analysis, resource optimization, and recovery planning.
- Ensure statutory compliance, quality standards, and on-time project delivery.

Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
