Role Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor the technical onboarding team, manage escalations, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Collaborate with engineering, product, sales, and other teams to ensure customer success and operational integrity
- Stay updated on media tech trends and integrate new technologies into onboarding processes
- Build solid client relationships and serve as the technical liaison during onboarding
- Optimize onboarding workflows, reduce timelines, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Design and deliver training programs for clients and internal teams
- Implement quality assurance processes and track KPIs for onboarding success

Job Requirements:

- Proven leadership in technical onboarding within media technology or streaming industries
- Deep knowledge of streaming protocols, video delivery, and media tech platforms
- Strong communication, customer handling, and project management skills
- Experience managing Agile projects and leading cross-functional teams
- Ability to motivate and develop a technical team towards excellent customer service
