Job Title: General Manager – Sales (Luxury Residential Real Estate) Location: Mumbai CTC: Up to ₹90 LPA About the Role We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Head – Sales to lead luxury residential sales for a premium real estate developer in Mumbai. The role demands deep expertise in HNI/UHNI client management, strong market understanding of Delhi's luxury real estate landscape, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities - Sales Leadership:

- Lead and drive end-to-end sales for luxury residential projects in Mumbai.
- Revenue Generation:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent growth in topline revenue.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI and UHNI clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the luxury real estate segment.
- Channel Management:
- Strengthen broker and channel partner networks to enhance sales pipeline.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated with market trends,



competitor activity, and customer preferences in the luxury segment.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Brand Positioning:
- Collaborate with marketing to position projects effectively among premium buyers.

Key Requirements - Experience: 12–20 years in real estate sales, with a strong focus on luxury residential projects in New Delhi

- Mandatory: Proven experience in selling high-ticket luxury properties
- Strong network of HNI/UHNI clients and brokers in Mumbai
- Demonstrated ability to close large-value deals
- Leadership experience managing sizeable sales teams
