Role Description The Head of Sales Marketing is a full time, in office role based in Jaipur, responsible for leading sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and brand visibility. This role oversees sales planning, pipeline management, and key account relationships, ensuring targets are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, coordinating with design and production teams, and preparing performance reports for leadership.

The Head of Sales Marketing will manage and mentor the sales team,



implement sales processes, and identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the furniture and interior solutions market.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
- Strong Account Management experience to build, maintain, and expand relationships with key customers and partners.
- Proven Team Management capabilities to lead, coach, and motivate sales and marketing professionals.
- Robust Analytical Skills to interpret market data, customer insights, and performance metrics for informed decision-making.
- Experience in furniture, interiors, or related design-led industries is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
