This is a full time on-site role for a Head of Pharmacy at HCG Hospitals in Ahmedabad. The Head of Pharmacy will oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, including managing pharmacy benefit programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and optimizing medication safety and effectiveness.
Responsibilities also include strategic planning,
supervising pharmacy staff, maintaining inventory, and collaborating with medical professionals to ensure patient-focused care is delivered efficiently and effectively. Qualifications
Strong expertise in Pharmacy Practice, Pharmacy, and Medicine
Proficiency in Pharmacy Benefit Management to optimize patient care and cost-efficiency
Experience in Strategic Planning to develop and implement innovative pharmacy programs
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards within the healthcare and pharmaceutical domain
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field (Master's degree or PharmD preferred)
Proven experience in senior pharmacy management or a related leadership role
