We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Head to lead branch operations, drive admissions, ensure academic excellence, and build a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities Branch Operations

Manage overall branch operations, administration, and student services.

Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the academy.

Maintain high standards of operational efficiency and service quality.

Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Admissions & Business Development

Achieve monthly and annual student admission targets.

Develop and execute local marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.

Build relationships with schools, colleges, corporates, and placement partners.

Conduct seminars, career guidance sessions, educational fairs, and promotional activities.

Monitor lead conversion and counselling effectiveness.

Team Leadership

Lead, motivate, and mentor counsellors, trainers, telecallers, and administrative staff.

Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Set individual and branch-level KPIs.

Foster a positive, performance-driven work environment.

Academic & Student Management

Ensure timely commencement and smooth delivery of training programs.

Monitor student attendance, discipline, and satisfaction.

Resolve student grievances professionally and promptly.

Coordinate with faculty to maintain training quality.

Placement & Industry Relations





Build solid relationships with airlines, airports, ground handling companies, and hospitality partners.

Coordinate placement drives and student interviews.

Support students with career guidance and employability initiatives.

Reporting & Compliance

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Track admissions, collections, placements, and operational performance.

Ensure compliance with company standards, documentation, and audit requirements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Aviation, Marketing, or a related field.

MBA or Aviation Management qualification is preferred.

Experience

3+ years of experience in branch management, education management, aviation training, or service industry.

Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team.

Experience in admissions, sales, or business development is highly preferred.
