About Verbinden Verbinden is a Bengaluru based, AI powered digital growth partner working with B2B tech companies across SaaS, fintech, AI, and cybersecurity. We help clients build their digital presence, market their products, and grow their pipelines, and we back all of it with GEO/AEO, product engineering, and program management capabilities.

Role Overview We're looking for a Head of Operations & Delivery Quality to run the engine room of our Digital Marketing Unit, reporting directly to the COO. You'll own the operational backbone for the team, content writers, digital marketers, graphic designers, and UI/UX designers, and beyond process and delivery, you'll be the quality gatekeeper for everything the unit ships, from content to campaigns to design. This is a role for someone who can move between spreadsheets and strategy calls in the same hour, and who has a sharp eye for what “positive” looks like across content, marketing, and design work.

What You'll Do

- Own end to end operations for the Digital Marketing Unit (content, digital marketing, graphic design, UI/UX)
- Review content before it goes out, catching gaps in tone, accuracy, and brand fit
- Review digital marketing strategy and campaign plans before they're presented to clients or executed
- Sanity check design and UX/UI output for consistency and quality




- Build and tighten internal processes so projects move faster without dropping quality
- Track project timelines, resourcing, and utilization within the unit, and flag risks early
- Work closely with the COO and team leads to set priorities and unblock delivery issues
- Set up systems for reporting, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the unit
- Step in wherever the Digital Marketing Unit needs an extra set of experienced eyes, whether that's a client deck, a campaign brief, or a piece of content

What We're Looking For

- 5 years of experience in operations, delivery, or program management, ideally within an agency, consulting, or services environment
- Strong exposure to content, digital marketing, or design work, enough to review it critically and give useful feedback
- Comfortable working closely with content, marketing, and design teams without needing to be a specialist in any one of them
- Sharp process thinking, someone who instinctively spots inefficiency and fixes it
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A builder's mindset, someone who's happy setting up systems from scratch rather than just maintaining what exists

Good to Have

- Prior experience at a digital marketing, IT services, or tech consulting agency
- Familiarity with GEO/AEO, SEO, or product marketing concepts
- Experience managing cross functional teams of 15 people
