Responsibilities

- Single POC for CEO & leadership team for overall Ops P&L; and human resource management

- Working closely with the leadership team and Head of Departments to define rollout strategies, and drive the execution of new initiatives across the board including Current Product Development

- Reviewing and improving existing processes through automations, integrations, or changes in team structure to increase scalability, efficiency and quality of service

- Support Operations departments to ensure targets are met, daily operations are running smoothly, and identify bottlenecks

- Create a solid set of reporting structures to have accurate and actionable data easily available for our teams

- Be accountable for key company metrics related to onboarding, satisfaction, retention and efficiency

- Work with procurement, production, dispatch, logistics, sales, accounting & all stakeholders to ensure company is well prepared for growth

Requirements





- FMCG experience is MUST

- Experience in Operations is MUST

- Fluent in English

- Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills
