We're looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Officer to expand our Bitumen business. If you have robust industry connections, excellent sales skills, and a passion for building long-term client relationships, we'd love to meet you. Key Responsibilities

✅ Generate new business from road contractors, infrastructure companies, government departments & construction firms.

✅ Develop new markets and increase Bitumen sales across assigned territories.

✅ Handle the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to order closure.

✅ Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

✅ Track market trends,



competitor activities & pricing.

✅ Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close profitable deals. Who We're Looking For

? Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering or related field)

? 3–5 years of B2B sales/business development experience (Bitumen, Construction Materials, Cement, Steel, Lubricants, Petrochemicals or related industries preferred)

? Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
