About The Role We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead and oversee the overall marketing function for our brands. This role will focus on marketing strategy and P&L; ownership - driving customer acquisition, brand growth, and retention by defining marketing strategy and coordinating with internal teams and external agencies across performance marketing, retention, social media, website optimization, and influencer collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy and Leadership

- Define and drive the overall marketing strategy and budgets aligned with business growth goals.
- Own the digital marketing P&L; across channels—D2C website, app, marketplaces, quick commerce, etc.
- Identify recent growth opportunities across acquisition, retention, and brand building.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI across channels.

Agency and Team Management
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies managing performance marketing, retention campaigns, social media, and website optimization.
- Ensure alignment between marketing strategy and execution across teams.
- Monitor campaign performance and guide teams on optimization.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization




- Track key marketing metrics such as CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer acquisition trends.
- Review campaign performance with internal teams and agencies and provide strategic direction for improvement.
- Ensure marketing efforts contribute to overall business growth.

Brand and Content Direction
- Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Guide the social media and content teams on brand communication and storytelling.

Website and Conversion Optimisation
- Work with design and development teams to improve website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys and landing page performance.

Influencer and Partnership Strategy
- Define the overall strategy for influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
- Identify relevant creators and partnership opportunities aligned with the brand

Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, with 3+ years in a marketing leadership role.
- Proven experience in scaling D2C or eCommerce brands with annual revenue in the range of ₹50 Cr to ₹100 Cr or higher.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, retention marketing, and digital channels.
- Demonstrated experience in owning or contributing to marketing P&L; and revenue growth.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external marketing agencies.
- Experience working with influencer marketing and creator partnerships preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to drive decisions based on data.

Work Timings - Monday to Saturday - 9am to 6pm (Alternate Saturdays are off)
