Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Head of Human Resources role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Head of HR will lead the overall human resources strategy, designing and implementing policies and processes that support GBG EV’s growth and culture across multiple hubs and locations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement initiatives.



The role will ensure compliance with applicable labor and employment laws, manage employee relations and conflict resolution, and drive organizational development, including training, leadership development, and succession planning. The Head of HR will collaborate closely with senior leadership to align people strategies with business objectives, support change management, and foster an inclusive, high-performance work environment that attracts and retains diverse talent.

Qualifications

- Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience leading HR functions in dynamic, growth-oriented organizations.
- Solid understanding of Labor and Employment Law and HR Policies, with the ability to design, implement, and maintain compliant and effective HR frameworks.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, including handling grievances, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and advantages, and employee engagement programs.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills, preferably in fleet management, logistics, EV, or related industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and multiple locations.
