- CEMS Lead safety implementation, audits, inspections &
- CAPA closure Strengthen safety culture and workplace discipline Drive housekeeping excellence and 5S implementation Ensure contractor and shutdown safety compliance Handle internal, external & statutory audit readiness Lead incident investigation and preventive action tracking Ideal Candidate Profile B.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical / Chemical / Environmental) Diploma in Industrial Safety preferred 15–18 years of experience in Steel / Power / Heavy Industry Strong exposure to DRI &
- SMS operations preferred Expertise in EHS systems, statutory compliance & audit management Solid leadership, monitoring, and stakeholder management skills
