Qualification

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in finance, taxation, and accounting.
- Experience in handling audits, compliance, financial strategy, and Investments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee all accounting and financial operations.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage internal and external audits and financial risk assessments.
- Develop financial policies and strengthen internal controls.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
