We're looking for a visionary design leader who combines creativity, technical excellence, commercial thinking, and people leadership.

You will play a strategic role in defining our design culture, strengthening client relationships, building high-performing teams, and establishing scalable processes that drive design excellence across the organization.

The final designation will be aligned with the candidate's experience and leadership capabilities.

What You'll Lead

- Build and lead a high-performing multidisciplinary Design team.
- Drive design excellence across concept, design development, detailing, and execution.
- Establish design standards, quality benchmarks, and governance processes.
- Partner with Sales, Commercial, Procurement, and Project Execution teams to deliver exceptional workplace solutions.
- Mentor and develop future design leaders while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
- Drive design innovation through technology, visualization, and best practices.
- Strengthen PHI Designs' brand identity by delivering commercially successful, client-centric workplace environments.

What We're Looking For

- 12–20+ years of experience in Corporate Workplace / Commercial Interior Design.
- Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary design teams.




- Strong expertise in workplace strategy, design development, technical detailing, GFC documentation, and execution coordination.
- Commercial understanding of budgets, value engineering, and client expectations.
- Experience presenting to CXOs, developers, and enterprise clients.
- Passion for mentoring teams and building scalable design organizations.
- A forward-thinking mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
