Designation: Head – Centre of Excellence

Location: Kochi (Work from Office)

Shift Timings: 11:00 AM to 08:30 PM IST

Experience Required: over all 18 years in which 15 years in MEP engineering & design management with solid tools experience with Revit ,3 years in Leadership role.

Required Skill:

- 18 years in MEP engineering with at least 5 years leading 50 engineers.
- Strong grasp of power distribution, cooling systems (chilled water, DX, liquid cooling), Uptime Institute Tier classifications (Tier II–IV), and redundancy concepts (N 1, 2N, 2N 1).
- Expert-level knowledge in Revit MEP, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Proven experience managing account P&L;, scaling offshore teams, and demonstrating cost-per-deliverable value metrics.
- Outstanding communication skills, executive presence, high adaptability, and strong leadership/problem-solving capabilities

Responsibility:





- Drive projects from initial site selection and technical feasibility studies through master planning, layout optimization, and risk assessment.
- Direct cross-functional MEP and BIM teams through all phases of design, BIM execution, and client approval for mission-critical facilities.
- Oversee workforce forecasting, budget allocation, and capacity planning across engineering teams to ensure optimal resource utilization
- Enforce strict quality control standards, BIM protocols, and compliance frameworks across civil, structural, and MEP disciplines during project execution.
- Take full ownership of schedule compliance, risk mitigation, and flawless delivery for hyperscale and colocation data center facilities
