The final designation will be aligned with the candidate's experience and leadership capabilities.

What You'll Lead

Build and lead a high-performing multidisciplinary Design team.

Drive design excellence across concept, design development, detailing, and execution.

Establish design standards, quality benchmarks, and governance processes.

Partner with Sales, Commercial, Procurement, and Project Execution teams to deliver exceptional workplace solutions.

Mentor and develop future design leaders while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.

Drive design innovation through technology, visualization, and best practices.

Strengthen PHI Designs' brand identity by delivering commercially successful, client-centric workplace environments.

What We're Looking For

12–20+ years of experience in Corporate Workplace / Commercial Interior Design.

Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary design teams.





Strong expertise in workplace strategy, design development, technical detailing, GFC documentation, and execution coordination.

Commercial understanding of budgets, value engineering, and client expectations.

Experience presenting to CXOs, developers, and enterprise clients.

Passion for mentoring teams and building scalable design organizations.

A forward-thinking mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
