Job Summary

CMPMS Global Private Limited is looking for an experienced General Manager Business Growth & Digital Strategy to lead and drive business growth across multiple departments. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in both the Healthcare (Revenue Cycle Management) and IT industries, with expertise in managing cross-functional teams and developing business growth strategies.

This role requires a strategic leader who can oversee Business Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, Content Writing, WordPress Development, and related functions while ensuring operational excellence and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage Business Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, Content Writing, and WordPress Development teams.
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and expand market presence.
- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing cross-functional teams.
- Drive lead generation and client acquisition initiatives.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, SEO strategies, website performance, and content initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership to define business objectives and growth plans.
- Monitor KPIs, team performance,



and project execution.
- Prepare business reports, sales forecasts, and management dashboards.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, IT, and operations.

Mandatory Requirements
- 6+ years of leadership experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in both the Healthcare (RCM) industry and the IT industry (Mandatory).
- Proven experience managing teams such as:

- Business Development

- SEO Analysts

- Content Writers

- WordPress Developers

- Digital Marketing Professionals
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in business growth, digital marketing, and team management.
- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days will be preferred.

- Shift Timing: 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM

Interview Details Interview Days: Monday to Friday
