We are looking for an accomplished Head – MIS & Business Analytics who can establish and drive a robust, company-wide MIS framework and provide actionable business insights to senior management.
The ideal candidate should bring a strong combination of MIS, Business Analytics, FP&A; and Costing expertise , with the ability to translate complex financial and operational data into meaningful insights for strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement MIS frameworks across departments
- Standardize Daily, Weekly & Monthly reporting and dashboards
- Drive financial and operational performance analysis
• Provide strong insights on costing, profitability, margins and business performance
- Prepare Management/MD Review Decks and Board MIS
- Ensure accuracy, consistency and governance of business data
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders for timely reporting
- Work closely with ERP teams and drive reporting automation
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards
- Track key business metrics and action points from management reviews
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- CA background strongly preferred
• Strong hands-on exposure to Costing, MIS, Business Analytics and FP&A;
- 10–15 years of relevant experience
• Candidates from premier institutes such as IITs/IIMs or equivalent institutes will be preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP and Power BI
- Robust analytical and business acumen
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership/MD and provide decision-making insights
