Role Description The Head Galvanizing ERW Pipe Plant is a full-time, in office role based in Gandhidham. This position is responsible for overseeing all galvanizing and ERW pipe plant operations, including production planning, process control, quality assurance, and maintenance coordination.

The role involves monitoring daily output, optimizing production efficiency, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and supervising plant staff. The Head will coordinate with management, suppliers, and customers, prepare operational reports, manage budgets and resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of galvanizing processes, ERW pipe manufacturing, and related plant operations.
- 10+ years experience in production planning, process optimization, and quality control within a manufacturing environment.




- Proficiency in managing plant maintenance activities and coordinating with technical teams for equipment upkeep.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise teams, manage shift schedules, and develop staff capabilities.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, environmental compliance, and industry standards relevant to pipe manufacturing.
- Ability to analyze operational data, prepare reports, manage budgets, and support decision-making with accurate information.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a senior supervisory or plant head role in a similar manufacturing setup will be an advantage.
