Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced leader to head Factory Operations and the Repair & Refurbishment Business. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, manage end-to-end manufacturing and repair operations, ensure business profitability, optimize supply chain processes, and lead high-performing teams while driving continuous business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Factory & Shop Floor Operations.
- Manage Repair & Refurbishment Business, Reverse Logistics & Service Centre Operations.
- Drive Production Planning, Quality, Inventory, Supply Chain & Warehouse Management.
- Own P&L;, Budgeting, Cost Optimization and Business Performance.
- Ensure Compliance, Audits, Safety and Process Governance.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams and drive operational efficiency, automation and business expansion.
- Develop business strategies, improve productivity and enhance customer satisfaction.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Production,



Industrial Engineering or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Operations or Supply Chain will be preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in Factory Operations, Manufacturing, Repair & Refurbishment, Plant Management or Service Operations.
- Robust experience in P&L; Management, Supply Chain, Operational Excellence and Team Leadership.

Preferred Candidate Profile Professionals currently working as Plant Head, Factory Head, Operations Head, Manufacturing Head, Repair & Refurbishment Head, Business Unit Head, Service Operations Head, or DGM/AGM – Operations .

Candidates from Electronics Manufacturing (EMS), Consumer Electronics, Telecom, IT Hardware, Repair & Refurbishment, Reverse Logistics, Service Centre Operations, or Large Manufacturing Plants will be preferred.
