- Develop construction strategies aligned with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Drive project execution from mobilization through handover.

Construction Management

- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved as per schedule.

- Optimize resource utilization, productivity, and construction methodologies.

- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and engineering standards.

- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans proactively.

Contractor &

- Vendor Management

- Appoint, manage, and evaluate contractors, consultants, and subcontractors.

- Review contractor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.

- Coordinate with procurement teams for timely availability of construction materials and equipment.

Cost &

- Budget Control

- Monitor project budgets and construction costs.

- Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality.

- Review project estimates, BOQs, and variation orders.





- Ensure effective financial control throughout project execution.

Quality &

- Safety

- Implement robust quality assurance and quality control systems.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations.

- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.

- Promote a culture of safety across all project sites.

Stakeholder Coordination

- Work closely with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and project management teams.

- Collaborate with design and planning teams to resolve execution challenges.

- Provide regular project updates to senior leadership.

Compliance &

- Governance

- Ensure compliance with all statutory approvals, building regulations, environmental norms, and local authority requirements.

- Maintain project documentation, reporting, and governance standards.

Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor project managers, site engineers, and construction teams.

- Build high-performing teams and drive accountability across projects.

- Foster collaboration and continuous improvement within the construction function.
