As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Head Chef who is passionate about food, thrives in a rapid-paced environment, and is ready to take ownership of kitchen operations. What we're looking for:
We're open to professionals from any cuisine or culinary background. While prior experience in QSR, street food, or fast-casual kitchens is preferred, we believe passion, adaptability, and the willingness to learn are equally important.
The ideal candidate should: ✔ Lead and mentor the kitchen team. ✔ Take complete ownership of kitchen operations. ✔ Be comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced setting. ✔ Be hands-on and willing to roll up their sleeves during peak hours, festivals, and business rush. ✔ Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency. ✔ Contribute to menu innovation and operational excellence. Eligibility
- Freshers and experienced chefs are both welcome to apply.
- Graduation or Diploma in Hotel Management.
- Candidates from IIHM, IHM, or other reputed hotel management institutes will have an added advantage.
- Prior experience in QSR or street-food concepts is preferred but not mandatory. ? Location: Kolkata
