Key Responsibilities
- Planning Bakery related agendas weekly
- Prepare breads, cakes, pastries, desserts, cookies, and other baked products.
- Design cakes and desserts for weddings, social events, and corporate functions.
- Develop new recipes while maintaining consistency in taste and quality.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness as per FSSAI standards.
- Monitor inventory and minimize wastage.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment.
- Coordinate with kitchen and event teams for timely production.
- Ensure quality control and attractive presentation.
Requirements
- Diploma/Certification in Bakery & Pastry Arts preferred.
- 1-6 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of baking, cake decoration, and confectionery.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
